Over the past months, I have made a clear strategic decision regarding the future direction of my work.
My professional focus has increasingly shifted toward aviation — specifically into the field of applied performance support, interview preparation, and human performance in demanding environments. This development is reflected in my work as an aviation performance mentor, as well as in ongoing projects such as the Aviation-Quest.cc podcast, which I co-host together with Airbus A320 First Officer Stefan Lorenz.
With this shift in focus, it is also necessary to streamline my communication channels and align them with my current professional direction.
As of the end of March 2026, I will no longer be active on Facebook.
In addition, blogging on this website will be discontinued from that point onward. This page will remain available as a resource for my books and selected coaching services, but new written content will be published through other channels.
This is not a sudden decision, but the result of a longer-term process of aligning my public presence with the areas where I can provide the most relevant and structured value.
The Role of consolution.at
A natural question may arise: what became of consolution.at — the communication, AI and consulting brand I restructured in 2025?
The answer is twofold.
On one hand, consolution.at has become a foundational element of my current work. The structured approach to communication, digital processes and applied AI — developed and refined over the past years — has directly contributed to my current professional direction, including my work in English and my focus on aviation-related performance.
On the other hand, consolution.at remains active. It continues to serve as the operational base for communication, consulting and selected project work. The services offered there — including bilingual writing, content structuring and consulting — are still available and continue to be supported within my overall working structure.
